تتقدم هيئة الصحة في دبي بخالص الشكر والتقدير للتعاون الدائم والمستمر من قبل شركائها الاستراتيجيين في القطاع الصحي لتوفير رعاية صحية متكاملة والارتقاء بمستويات وجودة خدمات الرعاية الصحية المقدمة في مستوى إمارة دبي.

The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) extends its sincere appreciation for the continuous cooperation of its strategic partners in the health sector who are dedicated in providing integrated health care and improving the quality of health care services in the Emirate of Dubai.

استناداً إلى اختصاص وصلاحيات هيئة الصحة في دبي، ولغايات الحفاظ على سلامة المرضى في المنشآت الصحية، نحيطكم علماً بأنه:

·    يتوجب على جميع المنشآت الصحية العاملة ضمن نطاق اختصاص وصلاحيات هيئة الصحة في دبي التقيد التام باستخدام معايير الترميز الطبية LOINC ("أسماء ورموز معرفات المراقبة المنطقية" التي اعتمدت من قبل هيئة الصحة بدبي في أكتوبر 2020) لنتائج المختبرات في السجلات الطبية الخاصة بهم وذلك قبل تاريخ 31  ديسمبر 2022  على النحو المرفق بهذا التعميم.

·  علما بأن أي متطلبات الرموز المتعلقة بنظام المطالبات الصحية الإلكترونية تظل كما هي.

Hence, and based on the jurisdiction and scope of the DHA, and to maintain patient safety in health facilities, we hereby announce that:

·   All Health Facilities under jurisdiction of the Emirate of Dubai must implement LOINC Medical Coding Standard ("Logical Observation Identifiers Names and Codes") that was approved by DHA on October 2020) for laboratory results in their EMRs before 31^st December 2022 as per the attached circular.

· 

·  Yet, Any coding requirements regarding e-Claimlink remain as it is.

يُعمل بهذا التعميم اعتباراً من تاريخ صدوره، وعلى جميع  المنشآت الصحية  العاملة ضمن اختصاص وصلاحيات هيئة الصحة في دبي ، الاطلاع على هذا التعميم ومرفقاته والتقيد التام بما ورد فيه من أحكام تفادياً لأية مساءلة قانونية.

This circular is effective from the date of its issuance and all Hospitals under jurisdiction of DHA are requested to refer to this circular and adhere to the updated requirements set out in order to assure compliance and avoid any violations that may be issued in this regard.
